This December, our test bakery in Tjele has been busy with some interesting baking trials! Our sales team rolled up their sleeves and dived into trays loaded with cupcakes, muffins, and brownies.

Our team loves baking, and this is a huge plus when we visit bakeries worldwide. Getting our hands in the dough is what we thrive on. We believe it is key to figuring out how to bake a recipe in the best possible way.

Our Impingement Oven was the subject for our baking experiments. We fine-tuned baking times, temperatures, and techniques with precision. Our goal was simple – great cakes, and we nailed it!
