Diverse Biscuit Baking with Impingement Ovens

A diverse range of biscuits is baked using either impingement/convection ovens or hybrid ovens that combine Direct Gas Fired (DGF) and impingement/convection ovens. These biscuits can be baked on solid steel belts, perforated steel belts, or even woven wire mesh belts like the renowned Z47 and similar varieties.

Biscuits come in numerous variations and shapes and are typically formed using well-known methods such as Rotary Molders, Sheeting Lines, Wire-Cutters, Extruders, and Depositors.
