Two 82-meter ovens installed in North America
We recently completed the delivery and installation of two SENIUS tunnel ovens for a North American customer within the industrial bread segment. Each oven is 82 meters long and built with 8 independent baking zones, allowing for precise temperature and airflow control throughout the baking process.
The ovens are equipped with a mesh belt designed to carry trays with bread buns. The configuration ensures stable transport and even baking results across the full width of the belt.
The installation was carried out in close cooperation with the customer’s technical team, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal production downtime.
This was an engineering-driven project with close collaboration from day one. Throughout the process, we maintained continuous project meetings with the customer to align on planning, design, and execution – a setup that proved highly effective.
The old lines were removed, and the new ovens installed and commissioned in just 5 weeks, thanks to the well-coordinated effort between all parties involved.
We are proud to share that this installation was named Engineering Project of the Year by the customer – a recognition of the teamwork, precision, and planning that went into making it a success.
