Granola testing with the SENIUS Impingement Oven and SENIUS Compact Crunch Carpet Feeder
At SENIUS, we are committed to delivering solutions that serve diverse baking needs. Recently, we conducted a series of granola tests in our test bakery, showcasing the versatility and efficiency of our Compact Crunch Carpet Feeder and Impingement oven.
What we tested
The primary goal was to demonstrate how the Compact Crunch Carpet Feeder handles various granola types, from sticky to loose textures, ensuring even distribution on the baking band. By feeding the granola into the feeder, the paddle evenly spread the mix, preparing it perfectly for baking.
How it worked
The feeder, positioned directly over the baking band in front of the oven, effortlessly handled the different granola recipes. These tests were conducted remotely for multiple clients, with each process documented through video and reports.
Every test was a success!
The impingement oven, powered by electricity, baked the granola batches evenly and efficiently. Clients were highly satisfied with the results, confirming that the Compact Crunch Carpet Feeder works impeccably with all types of granola.
