Versatile Biscuit Baking Solutions
A diverse range of biscuits is baked using either impingement/convection ovens or hybrid ovens that combine Direct Gas Fired (DGF) and impingement/convection ovens. These biscuits can be baked on solid steel belts, perforated steel belts, or even woven wire mesh belts, such as the renowned Z47 or similar varieties.
Biscuits come in a multitude of variations and shapes and are typically shaped using well-established methods, including Rotary Moulders, Sheeting lines, Wire-Cutters, Extruders, and Depositors.
