A Strong Network: Agent Seminar 2025
To support our international partners we hosted a two-day agent seminar ahead of IBA. The seminar brought together agents from different countries for a focused programme that combined technical knowledge and hands-on experience with our ovens.
Over the two days, we covered key topics such as:
- Product updates and oven developments
- Customization options and belt types
- Service and spare parts handling
- Customer cases
A key part of the seminar was the time spent in our test bakery, where we demonstrated baking results in both bread and cake production. This allowed participants to see the ovens in action and ask questions directly related to baking performance, temperature control, and energy usage. These sessions sparked many good discussions and gave our agents a practical foundation to bring into their sales work.
We also used the time to strengthen the network between agents and exchange experiences from different markets. At SENIUS, we value this direct dialogue highly – it ensures that our partners are well-equipped to represent us, and that we stay in close contact with developments in local markets.
